Trainer TrainBrainSpace: Expert AI Trainers in Coding, Finance & Accounting, and Medicine/Nursing

Expert practitioner writes, solves, and grades training tasks for AI models in your field of expertise, providing structured feedback on model outputs.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Atlanta, AZ.
URL: https://trainbrain.space/

What if the work you already do every day — shipping code, closing books, reading charts — became the training signal that teaches frontier AI how to think in your field?

TrainBrain builds expert-authored training data and evaluations for AI labs. We're hiring practising professionals to write, solve, and grade the tasks advanced models are measured against. When a model returns a broken function, a wrong reconciliation, or an unsafe clinical suggestion, it's because no expert caught it during training. You'd be that expert.

This isn't your day job in a new wrapper. There are no clients, no month-end close, no tickets, no on-call. You work in writing, on your own schedule, on problems chosen to sit right at the edge of what current models can handle.

No AI background required — we train you on the tooling.

Track 1 — Software Engineering

Write, debug, and optimise code across languages and problem domains. Review AI-generated solutions for correctness, security, and performance, and design edge cases that expose model weaknesses. Provide structured feedback explaining why code works — or doesn't — and compare competing solutions on engineering quality.

You'll need:

  • Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C/C++, Go, or Rust
  • A solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
  • A CS degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice to have:

  • Open-source contributions or competitive programming
  • Distributed systems, cloud, or DevOps background
  • Code review, technical writing, or mentoring experience

Track 2 — Finance & Accounting

Author reconciliation scenarios: payment-to-invoice matching, billing versus recognised revenue, margin and variance analysis. Build the underlying data and source documents so each scenario is realistic, write rubrics specifying exact figures and required reasoning steps, then solve every task yourself to confirm the numbers hold.

You'll need:

  • Hands-on experience as an accountant, financial analyst, controller, or auditor
  • Working knowledge of revenue recognition, matching principles, and standard close workflows
  • Comfort with financial documents, spreadsheets, and accounting system outputs

Nice to have:

  • CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA
  • IFRS or US GAAP depth
  • ERP familiarity (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
  • Audit, financial controls, or revenue assurance background

Track 3 — Medical & Clinical

Challenge models on differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiology, and evidence appraisal. Write clinical vignettes with defensible, sourced answers, verify model outputs against current evidence, and document precisely where reasoning breaks down.

You'll need:

  • An MD, DO, MBBS, PharmD, RN/BSN, or advanced health sciences degree
  • Real clinical or research experience
  • Command of medical terminology and clinical reasoning

Nice to have:

  • Board certification or active licensure
  • A specialty focus (internal medicine, oncology, psychiatry, emergency medicine, radiology, nursing practice)
  • Peer-reviewed publications
  • Clinical trial, epidemiology, or medical education experience

What the work demands

Whatever your track, four things matter more than anything else.

Show your work. Making your reasoning explicit matters as much as the answer itself.

Be verifiable. Every task you write needs a correct answer someone else can confirm.

Iterate. You'll refine tasks until difficulty and gradability are both right.

Flag uncertainty. Saying "I'm not sure, and here's why" is a feature, not a failure.

You'll also need excellent written English, sharp attention to detail, and a secure computer with reliable internet.

Terms

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not W-2 employment. You're responsible for your own taxes, and company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance, PTO, and retirement contributions don't apply. Contractors outside the US are engaged under the equivalent local arrangement.

Pay: $45–$100/hr, set by domain, seniority, and assessment performance. Specialised and hard-to-source expertise sits at the top of the band, and you're paid on a regular cadence.

Schedule: Choose your own projects, hours, and volume. Scale up in quiet weeks, scale down when your day job gets busy.

Growth: Strong contributors are invited into higher-rate specialist projects and review roles, with ongoing work as new engagements launch.

Healthcare Bilingual Coach (English/Spanish) at Twin Health

Health coach provides personalized guidance and behavior change support to members managing metabolic diseases using AI-generated insights from continuous health data streams.

Mid Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Opportunity

Join us in one of our most critical member-facing roles, inspiring behavior change and motivating members to adopt new behaviors and improve their health. As a Twin Health Coach, you make a difference in people’s lives every day by providing guidance, support, education, and encouragement to empower your members seeking to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases and improve their overall health.

This is a data- and AI-driven coaching model, not an independent private-practice style of coaching. Your day-to-day priorities, member outreach, and session focus are generated by the Twin platform from continuous data streams — CGM, weight, sleep, movement, and app engagement — and your role is to interpret those insights and deliver them with empathy and motivational skill, not to build an independent care plan from scratch. You’ll follow standardized SOPs and escalation pathways, lean on nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants for clinical needs, and work within structured, time-boxed sessions rather than open-ended ones.

This role is a great fit if you naturally help people take on difficult things, understand that habit change is hard, and are skilled in behavioral tools that activate people to change — and if you also genuinely enjoy working inside a structured, metrics-driven, technology-forward environment where the coaching model, caseload, and tools are standardized and evolve quickly as we scale.

This role is not a fit if you’re looking for the autonomy of independent or contract coaching — self-set hours, a capped or self-managed caseload, or full latitude to design your own coaching approach. It’s built for coaches who want structure and a technology-integrated practice.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, some evenings. This is a W-2, employee-model role with a fixed schedule and team coverage obligations.

A Day In The Life

  • Back-to-back 15- and 30-minute video coaching sessions across a high-volume, uncapped caseload
  • Reviewing AI-surfaced member data (glucose trends, weight, sleep, engagement) before and during sessions to guide the conversation
  • Daily AI-assisted member rounding between scheduled visits, plus progress notes and chats completed within 24 business hours
  • Following SOPs for coaching structure, documentation, and escalation — with limited discretion to deviate from the standardized model
  • Adapting to frequent changes in tools, protocols, and schedules as Twin scales

Responsibilities

  • Onboard, activate, and manage members as part of a seamless coaching experience
  • Conduct 15-minute and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions via video or phone to engage members in setting goals, managing their care, and staying motivated on their journey to self-efficacy — completing the full arc of education, motivation, and data review within these time-boxed windows
  • Motivate, coach, and provide exceptional service and support to members to achieve health goals as designated by the Twin app
  • Provide general education on healthy eating principles, meal planning basics, and lifestyle strategies — without crossing into Medical Nutrition Therapy or individualized therapeutic nutrition
  • Use AI-powered tools and other resources as the primary basis for member support, metrics-driven insights, and coaching direction
  • Use AI-powered tools to support daily member rounding in addition to scheduled visits, and complete progress notes and chats within 24 business hours
  • Provide feedback on member metrics including weight, continuous glucose monitoring, sleep, movement, adherence to nutrition guidance, and app engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for member management, session structure, and escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with coaching team colleagues, providers, registered nurses, and operations teams to drive a seamless member experience
  • Participate in ongoing pilot programs and support additional programs as needed, including new tools or workflow changes
  • Participate in collecting member testimonials to support partner success needs
  • Act as a team player, providing coverage for weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities (approximately 2–4x per year) and unplanned PTO visit coverage
  • Maintain a high-volume, uncapped caseload that will fluctuate based on business needs
  • Maintain flexibility to work any shift (at least 2 evening shifts per week) or change shifts based on business needs
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
  • Maintain a HIPAA-compliant remote work environment and reliable internet connectivity sufficient to conduct uninterrupted video-based member visits

Productivity

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrate strong time management, staying within allotted session lengths rather than routinely extending visits
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks, including session-time adherence
  • Work autonomously within your day-to-day tasks while remaining fully aligned with team goals, SOPs, and operational standards
  • Adapt quickly to evolving tools, processes, and business needs

Communication

  • Clear, confident communicator across member and internal interactions
  • Strong team player who collaborates effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise communication
  • Ability to balance efficiency with empathy in every interaction, including within time-boxed sessions
  • Skilled in de-escalation and handling challenging conversations with professionalism
  • Communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, video, chat, email)
  • Provide clear insights and updates to team members, leadership, and cross-functional partners

Human-Centered Service & Hospitality

  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • Passionate about member success and skilled in the art of having difficult conversations
  • Open to learning from constructive feedback, including feedback on adapting to new tools or process changes
  • Measurable track record of member satisfaction and understanding of NPS
  • Passion for Twin’s purpose to transform lives by empowering people to reverse, prevent, and improve chronic metabolic diseases
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a metabolic health coaching role or dietitian setting
  • Demonstrated comfort and enthusiasm blending motivational interviewing and behavior-change coaching with metrics-driven, AI-informed direction — this is core to the role, not a supplemental skill
  • Proficient in navigating complex technology, including the remote member app, AI systems, and internal dashboards, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume, uncapped caseload, or clear ability and willingness to do so
  • Comfortable operating within a fixed schedule, standardized SOPs, and a structured coaching model
  • Open mindset; flexible and adaptable to frequent process, tool, and schedule changes
  • Fluency in Spanish

Preferred

  • Experience and comfort supporting cardiometabolic conditions (T2D, pre-diabetes, obesity)
  • Experience thriving in a high-growth, quickly changing environment (startup experience), including comfort with ambiguity and frequent change
  • Prior experience maintaining a high-volume, uncapped caseload
  • Experience and enthusiasm for delivering back-to-back coaching via video calls
  • Prior experience in a W-2, employee-model coaching or clinical role (rather than solely independent/1099 contractor work)
  • Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Slack, EHR) and ability to work from a computer for extended periods
  • This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $70,000 annually.

Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance our cutting-edge technology and medical science, deliver the best possible care, and turn our passion into value for our members, partners and investors. We are committed to delivering an outstanding culture and experience for every Twin employee through a company based on the values of passion, talent, and trust. Sales Business Development Representative at Able

Prospect mid-market companies via outbound research and multi-channel outreach to build qualified sales opportunities and develop repeatable prospecting processes.

Junior Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Back in 2012, we were a group of engineers and designers who decided we wanted to build things, so we did. Able started as an engineering and product hub building for a portfolio of early-stage startups. We built many relationships while developing products that were thoughtful, effective, and genuinely useful. But, since then, we’ve grown… and so has our ambition.

Now, we’re entering our next chapter, defined by applied AI. AI is a powerful force in the end-to-end software development cycle, and we’re creating practices that allow us to deliver software fast and more effectively than traditional approaches, creating meaningful value for our partners. Today, our builder mindset is driving us to become an AI-native organization across every function. We’re still evolving, and that’s part of the opportunity. If you want to build, learn, and tackle challenges alongside an ambitious team, let’s build together.
