About the role

We are seeking an exceptionally agile, versatile, and AI-native Sr. Product Operations Manager to be the lynchpin between our strategy, day-to-day operations, stakeholders, and internal teams. This role is critical for driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the product management function.

In this role, you will be the engine that powers our product organization, ensuring our teams have the right processes, tools, and data to deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to drive operational excellence and scale our product development lifecycle.

What you will do:

  • Spearhead an AI transformation across the product development lifecycle, from discovery and competitive analysis to post-launch synthesis, including standardizing the PRD workflow with embedded AI for consistency, edge-case detection, and reduced manual iterations.

  • Enhance Go-to-Market execution through a robust “Definition of Done” framework, ensuring all departments are fully enabled with QA, documentation, and training prior to launch.

  • Cultivate a bi-directional “Voice of the Customer” program by synthesizing churn and deal loss data and integrating customer community requests into the product roadmap for enhanced visibility.

  • Function as the core operational link between Engineering, Product, and GTM teams, facilitating structured feedback loops and providing regular, actionable progress updates to all stakeholders.

  • Manage the product technology infrastructure by establishing playbooks, providing team training, and auditing data integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, AI enablement, product management, business operations, or program management in a fast-paced technology environment.

  • Proven track record of leading AI initiatives at scale and implementing scalable operational frameworks, feedback systems, or analytics programs with quantifiable impact on efficiency and quality.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product and operational insights.

  • Expert-level proficiency in managing and automating product management tools such as Jira and Productboard.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of experience in finance systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery roles

  • Deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and statutory reporting

  • Proven experience owning complex finance system initiatives (e.g., consolidation platforms, revenue systems, close automation)

  • Experience with platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, BlackLine, RevStream, or similar finance tools

  • Strong product management capabilities: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT leadership, and phased delivery

Join Axon’s Business Solutions team as a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager responsible for Axon’s Finance Systems portfolio. Product & Program Leadership

  • Act as the product manager and delivery lead for Axon’s Finance Systems, including consolidation, revenue, close management, and reporting platforms.

  • Lead the Finance & Accounting Consolidation implementation end-to-end: scope definition, roadmap planning, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.

  • Own the RevStream upgrade and future revenue system enhancements, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition standards and Finance strategy.

Birdy Grey is hiring a Senior Product & Design Manager on a 6-month contract to lead Site Experience across the customer journey, covering a planned leave. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role for someone who can ramp fast, pick up work already in flight, and keep the team and roadmap moving with confidence.

This person will lead product management and design across the full customer journey, including product discovery, consideration, and conversion. They’ll also advance strategic initiatives already underway, including party coordination tools, next-gen product discovery, and share of event growth. The goal isn’t just to maintain momentum. It’s to advance the work and set up a clean handoff when the role holder returns.

The ideal candidate has led site experience teams before, gets up to speed quickly with minimal hand-holding, and is comfortable owning an inherited roadmap. They advocate hard for the customer, bring excellent product instincts, and back their decisions with data, consumer insights, and experimentation.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, plan, and execute against an existing product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with cross-functional partners and stakeholders. Champion a test-and-learn culture.
  • Manage the digital product team and product design function, including product management and design ICs.
  • Monitor and drive site experience KPIs, using data-driven insights to identify and validate opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and marketing efficiency.
  • Create detailed, well-scoped product and design requirements, identify dependencies, and align roadmaps.
  • In partnership with engineering leadership, facilitate agile ceremonies and align on sprints. Manage inbound requests and prioritize product, design, and UXR backlogs.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree Required

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in product management, with a demonstrated focus on ecommerce conversion, site experience, and customer journey optimization
  • 2-3 years of people leadership, including direct management of both product managers and designers. Comfortable leading a cross-functional IC team and providing substantive design feedback, not just PM direction
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering a product roadmap in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, including inheriting work in flight and driving it forward without rebuilding from scratch

Solution Architecture & Discovery

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand client objectives, existing systems, data flows, and constraints.

We are looking for a System Architect -Robotaxi to help shape how Wayve AI Driver is deployed across advanced autonomous driving and robotaxi systems.

This role requires a strong understanding of ADAS / autonomous driving system architecture across vehicle platforms, sensors, compute, safety, and application layers, together with the ability to translate that into clear product and integration architecture.
