Senior Product Manager owns scheduling, lab experience, and workforce planning tools for a clinical operations platform serving metabolic health care delivery.
Twin Health
At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.
We start by building a dynamic model of each personâs metabolism â drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs â that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.
Working here
Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insightsâ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweekâs Top Most Loved WorkplaceÂź .
With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.
Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.
Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own scheduling and the lab experience end to end, and to build the tools that power workforce planning for care team capacity. Much of this work runs through our core clinical operations platform, the system of record for members and the backbone for how our care team operates day to day. This work sits at the center of care delivery â when it works well, members get seen faster and care teams spend their time on patients instead of process.
This role calls for a builder mentality: someone comfortable specifying, prompting, and shipping AI-powered features quickly, then iterating based on real usage. Youâll work closely with design, engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize solutions that meet real-world operational needs, and ensure strong alignment across teams.

Designs and executes go-to-market strategies for product lines, coordinating cross-functional launches and enabling sales teams to drive adoption.
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
About the Revenue team
The Revenue team drives Affirmâs top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirmâs products.
About the Role
GTM Strategy & Operations takes product and pricing initiatives and creates commercially viable, operationally sound go-to-market motions. We partner with Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Rev Ops, and Pricing to design rollout groups, coordinate implementation, and equip the field â CSMs, AEs, and TAMs â with the processes they need to create world-class go-to-market. As an individual contributor, the Lead owns the go-to-market for a specific product line or segment end to end. Youâre handed the objective (âdrive adoption for this new featureâ) and you decide how: the rollout plan, the enablement, the tracking. You turn half-formed product and pricing inputs into a plan a rep can actually execute.
What Youâll Do
Own the go-to-market for a product line or segment end to end â rollout design, enablement, and the adoption target youâre driving toward.
Turn inputs from cross-functional stakeholders like Product, Pricing, and PMM into a coherent GTM strategy, and track adoption against goal.
Fluently navigate different perspectives on the same launch â the exec âwhy it matters,â the customer value proposition, and the repâs reasons to believe.
Build and maintain the materials, processes, and playbooks the field needs.
Sit close to the field, and turn what you hear into recommendations for Product Marketing.
Analyze performance data to find where a launch is stalling, and flag risks early.
What We Look For
6+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue or sales operations, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or another high-growth environment.
A track record of owning a go-to-market motion or product line end to end, rollout through adoption, within a defined scope.
Youâve been handed vague âgo make this workâ instructions, then built a solution that resonated with stakeholders and customers.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing.
Comfort translating product and pricing strategy into practical, field-ready execution.
Solid analytical instincts: you use adoption and performance data to decide what to do next, not just to report what happened.
Clear, action-oriented writing and speaking.
You do your best work in ambiguity and move fast without waiting to be told the approach.
Familiarity with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems is a must-have.

Senior Product Manager owns product roadmap for AI-powered cancer diagnostics tools, translating clinical requirements into product direction and driving cross-functional execution.
Headquarters: Berlin, BE, Germany
Nucs AI is revolutionizing cancer care through cutting-edge AI and medical imaging technology. Founded in 2024 by a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, AI researchers, and healthcare innovators, weâre tackling one of medicineâs most pressing challenges: the growing demand for accurate, timely cancer diagnostics in the face of rising scan volumes and limited radiologist capacity.
We sit at the intersection of diagnostics and treatment planningâbuilding AI-powered tools at the convergence of medical imaging, radioligand therapy, and artificial intelligence. Starting with prostate cancer and expanding across oncology, we partner with world-leading medical institutions and pharmaceutical companies across the US, Europe, and Australia to bring precision oncology into everyday clinical practice.
Our mission is to enhance diagnostic precision and expand access to expert-level cancer care, improving patient outcomes worldwide. Weâre venture-backed, early-stage, and building a team that blends deep clinical expertise with engineering intensityâmoving with the rigor the medical field demands and the speed the problem deserves.
Nucs AI is looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of complex technology and specialized end-users. You will own critical parts of our product roadmap, translating deep clinical and technical requirements into clear product direction, then driving execution across data, engineering, regulatory, and commercial areas. This is not a role where you manage a feature backlog in isolation; you will be expected to build conviction around what we should build, why, and in what order, and to defend that thinking rigorously.
Own the roadmap for one or more product lines (e.g., DeepPSMA, SelectPSMA, TrackPSMA), balancing clinical impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
Engage directly with clinicians, nuclear medicine physicians, and oncologists to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes.
Translate ambiguous, technically complex problems into well-structured product requirements and clear success criteria.
Develop and articulate a clear product narrative: why this feature matters, who it serves, and how it connects to the broader platform vision.
Navigate the regulatory landscape (FDA, CE marking) as a stakeholder, you do not need to be a regulatory expert, but you must understand how regulatory requirements shape product decisions and timelines.
Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, AI/ML, clinical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders, keeping a small team moving fast without sacrificing quality.
Contribute to go-to-market strategy, positioning, and customer enablement alongside commercial and clinical teams.
Define and track meaningful product metrics; use data and user feedback to inform iteration and prioritization decisions.
3-6 years of product management experience in a B2B or technical environment building products for specialized, professional users (not purely consumer products).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex products where the user base has deep domain expertise, e.g., enterprise software, developer tools, scientific instruments, industrial platforms, or similar.
Strong conceptual and systems thinking. You can see the big picture, connect disparate inputs into a coherent product thesis, and reason about second-order effects. You don't just execute, you think.
Startup or high-growth experience. You have worked in an environment where speed, ambiguity, and wearing multiple hats were the norm, not the exception.
Excellent communication skills. You can write clearly, present a compelling argument, and facilitate productive discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort with technical depth. You do not need to write code, but you should be able to engage meaningfully with engineers and data scientists on architecture, data, and tradeoff discussions.
Intellectual curiosity and learning agility. You pick up new domains quickly and enjoy becoming a quasi-expert in areas you previously knew nothing about.

Own the Field app product roadmap and strategy, simplifying workflows for construction crews to adopt mobile and web tools for material management.
Itâs time to build. Whether itâs creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. Weâre making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.
Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we canât live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, thereâs been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.
About the Role
Weâre looking for a Product Manager to own product strategy and decision-making for Kojoâs Field app: the workflow that puts materials in the hands of crews across 600+ leading contractors purchasing over $5B in materials annually.
Field crews are physically building the world around us, and it starts with knowing which materials they need, and when, on the job site. This role owns getting that right: turning a historically software-wary industry into one where crews choose to use Field every day.
This Product Manager for the field team will sit within the larger Procurement product, which is the linchpin connecting AP, Warehouse, Catalog, and Integrations. Itâs one of Procurementâs two swim lanes, alongside Office.
In this role, youâll report to our Lead Product Manager, continually solving how to make a complex, multi-persona workflow feel intuitive â and where AI can remove the most friction for technology-cautious, change-sensitive users.
What youâll own:
Own the Field app roadmap end to end, from research through discovery,, prototyping, experimentation, shipping, and iterating across mobile (iOS, Android, tablet) and web.
Radically simplify core field workflows to strengthen our position as the most user-friendly solution in the market
Diagnose adoption barriers and time-saving opportunities across the wide range of workflows field users use to request material
Break down undefined, ambiguous problems into shippable plans.
About You
What weâre looking for:
UX ownership: Youâve personally owned the redesign of a workflow for a user who didnât want to change how they work, and you can point to the before and after. This is an especially critical part of the role, specifically amongst a notoriously trust-scarce industry like construction, where adoption has to be earned.
Mobile fluency: Youâve shipped iOS, Android, or tablet products and understand the platform-specific tradeoffs a web-only PM misses. This is core to the role, not a preference.
Independent problem framing: You break down ambitious problems and turn them into actionable plans.
Multi-persona design: Youâve designed a single product experience that serves multiple distinct user types without fragmenting into disjointed product workflows.
Cross-functional influence: Youâve shipped work that depended on teams you didnât manage, and you know how to move a roadmap without formal authority over it.
Adaptability under shifting scope: Youâve kept shipping while the ground moved under a role, priorities reordered, and scope got redrawn mid-quarter.
AI fluency: Youâve shipped AI-assisted features, particularly to remove friction
What you care about
Customer Obsession: You sit with a field crew thatâs skeptical of new tools and rebuild the flow around how they actually work.
Impact: You ship the simplest version of a feature that reduces friction in the field, and measure whether behavior changed as a result.
Accountability: You own the call on what ships next, even when the roadmap underneath you is still being defined.
Collaboration: You pull in engineering, design, and the sales rep whoâs been in the room with the customer before writing a spec to ensure the entire team is working toward the same goal.
Salary:Â Your salary will be dependent upon many factors, including your experience level, skillset, market dynamics and balancing internal equity relative to other Kojo employees. The compensation and benefits information that we provide is based on Kojoâs good-faith estimate as of the date of the job posting and may be modified in the future.
Benefits: This position is also eligible for a new hire equity grant and all US-based full time employees are eligible for our full suite of perks and benefits. For more information about our perks and benefits, check out https://www.usekojo.com/careers.
Location:Â Kojoâs team members work from home 100% of the time across North and South America. If applicable, weâll identify the travel and/or location-specific requirements of a position in the text above. Otherwise, team members can expect to work business hours congruent with their local time zone and remotely.
Inclusive Workplace:Â Kojo values diverse perspectives and is committed to building an inclusive workplace. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and do not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, citizenship, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. We strongly encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply.
Scam Notice: Please be aware that there are individuals and organizations that may attempt to scam job seekers by offering fraudulent employment opportunities in the name of Kojo. These scams may involve fake job postings, unsolicited emails, or messages claiming to be from our recruiters or hiring managers. Kojo will never ask for any personal account information, such credit card details or bank account numbers, during the recruitment process.
