Location: Remote - US

SweetRush has an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our Learning Design team!

Who We Are

At SweetRush, we believe that when you put people at the center of business, magic happens. As a global leader in learning and development, we blend high-end storytelling, emerging tech like AI and VR, and deep psychological insights to help organizations—from iconic global brands to essential nonprofits—flourish. We are a remote-first, tight-knit community built on a foundation of radical empathy and creative excellence. Our work isn’t just about the awards we win with incredible partners such as Hilton, Google, Bridgestone, Adidas, SHRM, and numerous others; it’s about balancing profit with a genuine desire to spread good in the world. If you are a caring innovator who believes work should be life-centered and impactful, then this is where you come in…

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Measurement, Marketing Operations, or Performance Marketing Practitioner to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for an upcoming curriculum development project. In this freelance role, you will lead the rigorous quality, accuracy, and fidelity review of a five-course Coursera professional certificate titled Meta Conversions API Professional Certificate.

The course content is adapted from existing Meta webinars covering Conversions API (CAPI) setup pathways, Google Tag Manager deployment, agency multi-account gateways, offline event tracking, and privacy-first optimization. This is an active editing and validation role where you will review, refine, correct, and augment AI-drafted course content generated by Coursera’s tools to ensure absolute platform currency, server-side tracking accuracy, and learner engagement.

  • Location: Remote (Global / US Preferred)
  • Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
  • Start Date: October 12, 2026
  • Project Duration: Estimated execution across the development cycle
  • Project Capacity: Not to exceed 80 hours allocated across the full 5-course certificate program
  • System Requirements: SweetRush is a remote organization; all resources must be technically savvy, have a strong internet connection, be comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (Google Drive, Slack, Airtable), and be available for scheduled live alignment syncs.

Salary/Hourly Range

$60.00 per hour

Your Impact and Responsibilities

As the primary technical authority for this professional certificate, you will ensure the curriculum accurately represents how marketers and agencies implement, optimize, and scale Conversions API integrations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be structured around three continuous review checkpoints per course:

  • Checkpoint 1: Program Outline Review
    • Review source webinars and supporting documents to evaluate generated outlines for logical flow, structural completeness, and sequencing.
    • Attend live alignment calls with the Coursera and Learning Design teams to validate content at the structural level.
  • Checkpoint 2: Full Course Atlas (Script) Review
    • Conduct a deep-dive review of a Proof-of-Concept (POC) course to establish the standard for tone, depth, accuracy, and structure.
    • Review remaining course atlases (.doc format via Google Drive) to ensure they mirror the POC standards and flag course-specific errors.
  • Checkpoint 3: On-Platform Final Review
    • Access the live Coursera staging environment to end-to-end test all interactive components, dialogues, and logic triggers.
    • Validate final uploads against source webinars for absolute factual accuracy, brand alignment, and completeness.
  • Continuous Quality Assurance & Content Creation
    • Source-Fidelity Checking: Scrutinize all elements to ensure absolutely zero hallucinated or drifted Meta product claims.
    • Data Quality Validation: Verify that explanations of data freshness, event match quality indicators, event deduplication monitoring, and redundant browser-to-server tracking connections are technically accurate and current.
    • Copywriting: Draft and refine XDP copy for product accuracy; review Donobu QA reports as required.
    • Screencasting: Record high-quality technical screencasts following provided audio/room setup guidelines if needed to complement written text.

What You Bring - Required Skills

Experience & Background

  • Ad Tech / Analytics Practitioner: Current, hands-on experience implementing, auditing, or advising on Meta Conversions API integrations.
  • Seniority: Mid-to-senior level practitioner (5+ years of dedicated experience in digital measurement, performance marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology).
  • Industry Context: Background working in agencies, in-house performance marketing, analytics consulting, omnichannel retail, or platform-partner environments where server-side data reliability is essential.
  • Meta Platform Mastery: Direct, current experience with Meta Conversions API, Meta Events Manager, Pixel, Ads Manager, event diagnostics, and privacy-aware measurement workflows.
  • Integration Familiarity: Practical experience with Google Tag Manager implementation workflows, including event configuration and tag-based server-side tagging or partner connection deployments.

Required Tool & Account Access

  • Live Active Access to: Meta Events Manager, Meta Conversions API, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager reporting, and Meta Business Suite / Business Manager.
  • Instructional Awareness: Ability to evaluate if content is properly scoped for an entry-to-mid career marketing manager or analyst audience (flagging when guidance is overly engineering-heavy or too shallow).

Core Capabilities to Validate

  • Deduplication strategies and Event Match Quality (EMQ) improvement frameworks.
  • Conversions API Gateway for multiple accounts / agency deployment frameworks.
  • Offline event tracking, conversion dataset mapping, and omnichannel measurement/targeting.

Bonus Skills

  • Holding an active Meta Certified Marketing Science Professional, Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, or Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate credential.
  • Direct access to or working familiarity with Conversions API Gateway for multiple accounts environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or transaction systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, or POS environments) as they relate to offline conversions.
  • Prior experience working within the Meta Blueprint or Meta partner ecosystem.
  • Familiarity working with Google Drive (.doc) editing workflows and Airtable/Donobu QA feedback tracking.

Expected Depth of Expertise Guide

  • What you MUST do: Verify that server-side tracking concepts and diagnostics match current platform realities; flag claims that contradict official Meta documentation; ensure privacy-first measurement framing is accurate.
  • What you are NOT required to do: You will not write course scripts from scratch, act as a full-stack backend engineer or DevOps specialist, configure live production client environments during the review, or provide legal/compliance advice.

Education Learning and Client Enablement Associate at hyperexponential

Develops training materials, certification pathways, and onboarding content to help insurance customers and partners effectively use the AI-powered platform.

Junior Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About hyperexponential (hx)

At hyperexponential, we’re building the AI-powered platform that enables the world’s most critical decisions in a $7 trillion industry, which risks to take, and how to price them. These are the decisions that shape real-world outcomes: whether rockets successfully launch into space, autonomous vehicles make it to market, or communities recover after major storms.

Until now, insurance has been making billion-dollar decisions using outdated tools. We’re changing that. Our platform brings together data, AI, and human expertise to give insurers the fastest path from submission to decision - helping them move faster, act smarter, and take on more risk with confidence.

Backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, we’re scaling globally - already trusted by nearly 50 of the world’s largest insurers, with zero churn and billions in premiums flowing through hx.

What began as a single product in one market has rapidly evolved into a multi-product, multi-territory platform powering every stage of pricing and underwriting. AI is at the core of what we do - from building the world’s first domain-specific AI peer programmer for insurance (think GitHub Copilot with a PhD in actuarial science) to shaping agentic workflows that reinvent how this industry operates.

What makes hx different is the people who build it. Here, impact isn’t tied to title or tenure; it’s defined by the challenges you take on and the discipline you bring. Surrounded by peers who stretch you, you’ll do the best, hardest work of your life in a company engineered to endure.

If that sounds like you, join us in building what comes next.

About the Client Education team

Every hx customer’s success depends on their teams knowing how to use our platform well - not just how to click through it, but how to build genuinely good pricing models with it. Client Education exists to make that happen. We sit at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, and Customer teams, turning new features and platform capability into training, certification, and documentation that our clients and delivery partners can actually learn from.

The team owns the full learning journey: onboarding new clients, building certification pathways, producing courses and video content, and supporting partners who deliver training on our behalf. As hx’s product surface has grown - Decision Engine, Pricing & Rating, Portfolio Intelligence, Submission Triage, and our AI agents - so has the volume and complexity of what we need to teach, and we’re growing the team to keep pace.

We’re looking for a Client Education Associate to join as a core part of this effort. Your focus will be delivering technical training directly to clients and partners, and supporting the team in building and maintaining the courses and certifications that make that training possible. You’ll need enough technical grounding to be credible in front of a room of actuaries and developers, and enough teaching instinct to make complex material land.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver technical training sessions, live and online, to clients and partners - covering everything from platform fundamentals to how to build pricing models using hx’s AI agents and product tooling.

  • Build and maintain high-quality course content (online modules, video tutorials, workshop materials) that keeps pace with new product releases and evolving client needs.

  • Support the design and delivery of certification assessments, including practical exercises where candidates build real pricing tools in the hx platform.

  • Partner with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate new features into training material clients can actually use from day one.

  • Contribute to our partner enablement programme, helping external delivery partners onboard and deliver hx training to a consistent standard.

  • Help maintain and improve our course health and documentation processes, flagging content that’s fallen out of date or out of line with current product naming and messaging.

What you’ll need to have done

  • Delivered training, workshops, or technical explanations to a non-technical or semi-technical audience, and can point to material you’ve built or taught from.

  • Studied Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or built equivalent hands-on comfort with programming languages (Python or similar) through experience.

  • Worked hands-on with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products, even without a formal software engineering background.

  • Taken the initiative to build or improve a course, process, or piece of learning content, rather than just following someone else’s structure.

  • Communicated confidently and clearly with clients or external stakeholders, adjusting technical depth to fit the audience in front of you.

  • Worked well in an environment where scope shifts and you’re expected to figure things out rather than wait for a fully defined brief.

You’re unlikely to thrive here if

  • You’d rather follow a fixed curriculum than build and adapt training material as the product changes under you.

  • You’re not comfortable being hands-on with technical concepts and tooling, even at a foundational level.

  • You prefer working in isolation rather than pulling in context from Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to get training right.

If reading our Culture Document leaves you feeling neutral rather than energised, hx may not be the place where you’ll do your best work. We’re building something that asks for commitment and conviction, and we want you to feel excited by the opportunity to grow with us.

Compensation

At hx, we’re committed to salary transparency. You’ll always have clarity on pay early in the process - our Talent Partner will share details with you during initial conversations - and we’re working towards publishing salary information for all roles globally.

Because we’re building at the intersection of technology/SaaS and insurance, our roles don’t always map neatly onto traditional benchmarks. Our approach is to design compensation that’s competitive in the market, fair across teams, and aligned with the impact our people make.

Equity: We offer equity across all roles at hx, making it a significant component of total compensation. Your talent partner will be able to share more details about this.

Benefits

  • ÂŁ5,000 training and conference budget for individual and group development.

  • 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays (33 days total).

  • Company pension scheme via Penfold.

  • Mental health support and therapy via Spectrum.life.

  • Individual wellbeing allowance via Juno.

  • Private healthcare insurance through AXA.

  • Income protection and Life Insurance.

  • Cycle to Work Scheme

Additional perks

  • Top-spec equipment (laptop, screens, adjustable desks, etc.).

  • Regular remote and in-person hackathons, lunch and learns, socials, and game nights.

  • Team breakfasts and lunches, snacks, drinks fridge, and a fun office at The Ministry.

  • Exceptional opportunities for personal development and growth as we build something remarkable together.

Interview Process

  1. Initial call with our Talent team to kick things off (30 minutes)

  2. Manager interview with Dom (60 minutes)

  3. Practical training assessment: build and present a short curriculum plan for a real hx feature, followed by discussion (60-90 minutes)

  4. Values interview (60 minutes)

  5. We offer!

Our commitment to Diversity

hxer’s are at the centre of everything we build. We know that progress depends on diverse perspectives, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive, grow, and make an impact. We recognise there is always more to do, and we take responsibility for shaping a workplace that is not only diverse but genuinely inclusive.

Diversity is not just the right thing to do, it is key to solving the complex challenges we choose to take on. By welcoming people from all backgrounds and experiences, we strengthen our ability to question assumptions, push boundaries, and design solutions that endure.

If you’re energised by complexity and motivated to grow, we encourage you to apply and join our global team.

Next steps

If this opportunity resonates with you, we encourage you to apply or share it with your connections! Our dedicated talent team reviews all applications, and we promise to provide feedback regardless of the outcome.

For more information about applying and to view other opportunities, you can visit our careers page.

Please note that background checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process to ensure compliance with our governance policies. We handle all background checks sensitively and in full compliance with relevant regulations. All applicant data will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations and our privacy policy.
