Design Mercury: Senior Product Designer Mobile

Senior Product Designer leads mobile app design for a fintech banking platform, shaping iOS/Android experiences from concept through launch while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Senior Remote Posted about 17 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Portland, OR, or Remote within Canada or United States

The Memphis Group burst onto the scene in the early 1980s with a belief that design could be more than purely functional, it could be bold, expressive, and deeply human. They expanded what design could be, embracing color, emotion, and personality at a time when clarity and restraint dominated. That same spirit of possibility, of questioning defaults and reimagining what tools can feel like, still resonates today.

At Mercury, we’re building *banking for builders. Entrepreneurs who are often on the go and need to manage their business from anywhere. People who live complex lives who need their personal finances to feel like a breeze. We're rethinking what financial tools can feel like when they're designed with real people in mind: fast, expressive, and thoughtfully crafted from the ground up.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define what modern *banking should feel like for founders on the go. This role is unique because you'll help define the holistic future of Mercury's mobile experience, not just design features. You'll work alongside another senior designer focused on pushing craft forward, ship high-impact work quickly and see it used by real businesses immediately, and have room to explore ambitious ideas and turn them into real products.

What you’ll do

  • Lead design for major mobile initiatives from concept through launch and iteration

  • Shape the vision for Mercury’s native iOS and Android experiences

  • Turn complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive interactions

  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to decide what to build and why

  • Prototype ideas quickly to explore direction, test assumptions, and refine details

  • Design polished, production-ready interfaces with exceptional craft and precision

  • Contribute to our design systems and help evolve patterns across platforms

  • Raise the quality bar for interaction, visual design, and product thinking across the team

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years designing high-quality product experiences

  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for detail

  • Experience designing complex systems, not just individual screens

  • Ability to work through ambiguity and drive projects forward independently

  • Clear communicator who can articulate decisions and influence product direction

  • Experience designing native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)

  • Thoughtful collaborator who makes teammates better

*Mercury is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.

Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:

  • US employees (any location): $189,000–236,200 USD

  • Canadian employees (any location):  $178,600–223,200 CAD

Design UX Design Engineer (US Remote) at Oomnitza

Owns and maintains the design system, component library, and prototyping tooling that enables product engineers to design and build quickly while maintaining quality standards.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Oomnitza offers the industry’s most versatile Enterprise Technology Management platform that orchestrates and automates key business processes for IT. Our SaaS solution, with agentless integrations, best practices and low-code workflows, enables enterprises to leverage their existing infrastructure systems and automate processes such as offboarding, onboarding, audit readiness, refresh forecasting and more, thereby reducing reliance on error-prone manual tasks and tickets. We help some of the most well-known and innovative companies to improve efficiency, expedite audits, mitigate cyber risk and eliminate redundant IT spend.

Oomnitza is hiring a UX Design Engineer to own the design system, component library, and prototyping tooling that powers our Product Engineering team. In our model, Product Engineers run discovery and prototyping end-to-end; your job is to give them an opinionated, well-tested, well-documented platform so they can move fast without losing design quality.

This is a hands-on role. Most of your time is in code and design tooling: maintaining the system, evolving the Storybook component library, building scaffolding that makes prototyping fast, and consulting on the small number of interactions that are genuinely novel. The role can sit in the US or in Ireland since most of the work is with tooling and systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Oomnitza design system end-to-end: visual language, interaction patterns, accessibility guardrails, and the rules that keep the product feeling like one product.
  • Maintain and extend the Storybook component library. Components should be correct, documented, performant, accessible, and easy for Product Engineers to compose.
  • Build and maintain the prototyping tooling (design tokens, AI-prompt scaffolds, design markdowns, starter kits) that lets Product Engineers move from idea to validated prototype in days.
  • Consult with Product Engineers on UX interactions that fall outside the patterns, and produce the new pattern, component, or guidance that adds back to the system.
  • Partner with engineering to keep the design system and the implementation library aligned. Identify when a one-off interaction should be promoted into the system.
  • Hold the quality bar for design output across the team. Review prototypes against the system, flag drift, and make the right thing easy to do.
  • Track the design-engineering space (Figma plugins, AI design tooling, headless component libraries, accessibility standards) and propose investments that make the team faster.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years combined across product design and front-end engineering. You are equally comfortable in Figma and in a modern front-end codebase.
  • Experience owning or substantially contributing to a production design system and a Storybook or equivalent component library.
  • Strong front-end skills: React, TypeScript, modern CSS including design tokens, and accessibility best practices.
  • Comfort with AI-enabled design and prototyping workflows. You see AI as a way to make the design system more useful, not as a replacement for it.
  • Strong taste paired with the discipline to systematize it. You recognize good design and codify it into reusable patterns and components.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can document a pattern, brief a Product Engineer, and influence without authority.
  • Self-directed and outcome-oriented. You identify the highest-leverage investments in the system and prioritize without close supervision.
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience is a strong plus.

What we can offer you

  • Career Growth: Top performers will have an opportunity to help shape the team. Working directly with the founders to drive initiatives and create a structure that scales
  • Market-competitive salary + equity
  • A once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity to get onboard a fast-growing business that is venture-backed by Shasta Ventures, SYN Ventures and Riverside Acceleration Capital

The base salary range for this position is: $120,000-165,000

Oomnitza recruits, employs, trains, compensates and promotes regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, and other protected status as required by applicable law.

We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.

Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment.
We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
This is your invitation.
Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people.Join us and shape the future of care.
Fullscript Academy is an education platform designed to support healthcare providers in delivering effective whole person care through evidence-based ingredient education and advanced diagnostic training. We deliver education through a variety of formats, including courses, webinars, articles, clinical guides, and in-app resources to support real-time clinical decision-making.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of clinical education on Fullscript Academy. You are a strong product designer first and foremost, with deep experience in user experience design and a sharp eye for creating beautiful, intuitive interfaces that reduce complexity. You design with a high standard of craft, creating experiences that feel credible, modern, and appropriate for a clinical, professional audience.
You have experience designing products that support learning, not just usage. You understand how to design for comprehension, retention, motivation, and long-term behavior change, and you know the difference between helping a user complete a task and helping them truly understand something.

What You’ll Do:

    • Support seamless provider journeys across onboarding, content discovery, and course enrollment.
    • Design experiences that help providers understand and retain clinical knowledge, stay motivated over time, and apply learning with confidence.
    • Go beyond a single surface by creating the connective tissue between Academy and the broader Fullscript product ecosystem, ensuring context carries across experiences and learning naturally transitions into action.
    • Lead nimble, iterative UX research and testing to validate ideas, experiment with interaction patterns and information architecture, and refine solutions in a fast-moving environment.
    • Translate user insights, behavioral data, and product strategy into clear, thoughtful design direction.
    • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality, well-documented designs, adapt to technical constraints, and collaboratively refine scope and solutions.
    • Collaborate with clinicians and content leaders to shape new educational formats, deeply understand learning objectives, and design experiences that reduce complexity while preserving clinical nuance.
    • Contribute to scalable patterns that maintain clarity, credibility, and consistency across Academy.

What You Bring:

    • Strong product design craft across user experience research, user experience design, and visual design.
    • Experience designing digital products end to end, from discovery and concept development through stakeholder alignment, prototyping, and developer handoff.
    • Experience working closely with engineering teams, adapting to technical constraints, refining scope collaboratively, and delivering clear, production-ready design files.
    • Experience designing for learning, behavior change, or knowledge retention outcomes.
    • Experience working across connected surfaces or product ecosystems.

Bonus if you have experience with:

    • Professional EdTech platforms
    • Digital onboarding or academy-style products
    • Financial education or financial literacy tools
    • Knowledge or learning-enhancement platforms (e.g., AI note-taking tools)
    • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

What we can offer you:

    • Generous PTO and competitive pay
    • Fullscript’s RRSP/401k match program for financial health
    • Flexible benefits package and workplace wellness program
    • Training budget and company-wide learning initiatives
    • Discount on Fullscript catalog of products
Compensation range

The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscript’s total rewards package.

Design Art Director - FMCG/ CPG at INDG | Grip

Art Director establishes visual brand systems and creative standards for enterprise content production at scale, ensuring consistent on-brand output across multiple formats and markets.

Senior Posted 7 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Grip is building the infrastructure for enterprise content production: a visual programming platform that turns brand systems into scalable, production-grade output.

Every great brand has a look, a feel, a way of seeing the world. Our job is to make sure that never gets lost, even when it’s being produced a thousand times a day, in a dozen formats, across every market.

That’s where you come in. As Art Director at Grip, you decide what “on-brand” really means and build the visual language that lets it hold up at scale, everywhere, automatically.

What You Will Do

  • Turn a brand’s visual identity into a living set of rules for light, layout, type, and imagery, precise enough to be followed faithfully at scale

  • Set the bar for every piece of visual output, and keep raising it

  • Review every output with a director’s eye. Catch what’s off, fix what’s close, and protect what’s great

  • Partner with engineers to make sure creative intent survives the trip from your head to the screen

  • Sit with clients and brand teams, and turn “I don’t love it” into something specific and buildable

  • Hold the line between creative ambition and what is possible to ship at scale

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • An Art Director with a portfolio that proves it, campaigns, content, and film with real craft and a clear point of view

  • You think like a director of photography, someone who knows light, lens, color, mood, and framing cold, on set and on screen

  • You’ve worked with big brands or big stakeholder rooms, and know how to hold your ground

  • You can take a vague strategy deck and turn it into an idea a team can actually make

  • Experience working with clients and brands based in Asia is a plus.

Why Join Grip?

The Platform Position

Grip is building infrastructure for enterprise creative production—where brand systems are executed through software, not manually recreated.

The Market Timing

Enterprise demand for high-volume, on-brand content is accelerating. AI enables generation, but without structured art direction, output breaks. This role defines that structure.

The Technical Moat

Grip combines visual programming, AI workflow orchestration, and multi-tenant architecture (TypeScript, Python, Elixir, C#) to deliver production-grade creative at scale.

The Work

You define how global brands scale visually—turning creative intent into systems that produce consistent, high-quality output across every touchpoint.

The procedure

If you’re ready to bring your project management powers to a role where you can make a difference, we want to hear from you. Send your resume and portfolio in English via the link provided. If you have questions, contact our Recruitment Department at jobs@indg.com.

INDG Grip handles and uses personal data of job applicants in line with its Recruitment Privacy Policy.

Design Senior Product Designer (UX) - Clearance Required at Red Cell Partners

Senior Product Designer leads UX design for an AI-enabled decision-support system, from user research and discovery through interactive prototypes and production implementation.

Senior Posted 9 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies that are bringing revolutionary advancements to market in three distinct practice areas: healthcare, cyber, and national security. United by a shared sense of duty and deep belief in the power of innovation, Red Cell is developing powerful tools and solutions to address our Nation’s most pressing problems.

ABOUT DEFCON AI

RESILIENCE IN THE FACE OF DISRUPTION. DEFCON AI is an insights company that leverages artificial intelligence, mathematical optimization, data analytics, and software engineering for resilient optimization of complex systems.

In today’s dynamically changing world, DEFCON AI’s technology aligns outcomes with operational goals, better decision making, and empowers customers to anticipate assess, and mitigate the impacts of disruptions.

About the Role

Asthe Senior Product Designer you will own complex product experiences from discovery through delivery for a new AI-enabled decision-support system. The work today is spread across several disconnected legacy systems, and we are replacing it with a single workspace: a prioritized work queue, a unified view that pulls scattered records together, enrichment panels, and dashboards.

Design sits in the product organization here, reporting through the Product Lead alongside product ownership and quality. You will partner daily with product and engineering to define scope, tradeoffs, and priorities, and you will support engineering through implementation rather than handing off and moving on.

This is a discovery-first role. Before anything is built you will interview and observe the people who do this work, map their current process, and design the future one. That becomes an interactive prototype the customer reviews and approves before production code is written, and it is an early program deliverable, so this work starts immediately. Design artifacts on this program are formally reviewed against written criteria, which means your work carries real weight from the first week.

The core design problem is trust. The system recommends what deserves attention and explains why, and your job is to present that so a user can evaluate it rather than simply accept it: showing the supporting evidence, making uncertainty visible, and making disagreement easy. You will work alongside an existing designer and with product, engineering, and data staff.

This is a hands-on role and a senior one. You are here to do the design work, and you will own how design gets done on this program: the research approach, the patterns, and the standard the work is held to. We are building out our design practice and the person in this seat shapes it. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel (up to 25%) to DEFCON AI HQ, customer sites, and vendor facilities as required.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery and Workflow Design

  • Run structured discovery with end users: interviews, shadowing sessions, and workflow observation
  • Produce current-state and future-state workflow maps that hold up to review by the people who do the work
  • Translate mission and operational needs into interaction designs, and know which constraints are real versus assumed
  • Deliver a fully interactive clickable prototype covering prioritized queues, enrichment panels, record history, and dashboards, as an early program deliverable

Interface and Interaction Design

  • Design the user workspace end to end: work queue, unified record view, evidence and enrichment panels, decision flow, record history, trend views, and operational dashboards
  • Apply and contribute to a design system so the interface stays coherent as scope grows across releases, and so components carry forward to other products rather than being rebuilt
  • Design for high-volume, repetitive work: keyboard efficiency, scannability, minimal context switching, and low error rates under time pressure
  • Design accessible interfaces that meet Section 508 and WCAG requirements
  • Identify gaps in the existing experience and propose improvements rather than waiting to be assigned them

Designing for AI Output

  • Present model recommendations, confidence, and supporting evidence so users can evaluate them rather than defer to them
  • Make uncertainty and gaps visible, including the case where the system returns insufficient evidence
  • Design the review and override path so disagreeing with the system is easy and the reason is captured
  • Design audit and traceability views so any conclusion can be traced back to its source records

Delivery Partnership

  • Partner closely with product and engineering from problem definition through launch, not just at handoff
  • Work directly with front-end engineers and hand off designs they can build from without guessing, and improve that handoff into a dependable pipeline rather than a recurring negotiation
  • Review builds against the design and hold the quality bar through implementation
  • Present design rationale clearly enough that stakeholders can follow the reasoning, not only the result
  • Iterate on real usage feedback, analytics, and acceptance-testing results across multiple releases
  • Support training and adoption materials as the system rolls out to a wider user cohort
  • Partner with the existing designer on the team so the two of you cover the program rather than duplicating
  • Help establish the design practices we do not have yet: repeatable research habits, reusable patterns, and a cleaner handoff to front-end engineering
  • Raise the work of designers around you through review and collaboration as the team grows

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product or UX design experience, with a portfolio of shipped, complex applications used by people doing real work every day
  • You have owned the design for a system like this before, end to end, from discovery through a shipped interface that users adopted. Please be prepared to discuss which system, what you owned, and how it turned out
  • You are the most senior designer in the room and comfortable there. This role sets the design direction rather than executing someone else’s, and there is no design leadership above it to escalate to
  • You arrive with a method that already works. Design starts immediately on this program, so we are looking for someone who adapts a discovery and delivery approach they have run before rather than assembling one here
  • Demonstrated experience designing data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces: role-based views, dashboards, data visualization, queues, and case or record views. This is enterprise software for people with layered permissions and real consequences, not marketing sites or consumer apps
  • Strong visual craft: layout, hierarchy, and typography, at a fidelity a stakeholder can review and approve
  • Direct user research experience. You have interviewed and observed real users and turned that into design decisions, not just collected feedback on finished work
  • Ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a clear, usable solution, and to balance user needs against business goals and technical constraints
  • Strong prototyping ability in Figma or equivalent
  • Information architecture and design-system thinking: you structure complex information so it is navigable, and you build reusable components rather than one-off screens
  • Comfort designing for expert users whose domain you do not know at the start, and the discipline to learn the domain rather than guess at it
  • Comfort working with subject-matter experts whose time is limited, and the ability to get what you need from a short session
  • Accessibility fluency: Section 508 and WCAG as normal practice
  • Comfortable working without an established design practice around you, and willing to help build one
  • Hands-on. You do the design work. This is not a design management role
  • Comfortable in a cross-functional agile product team
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Active US Top Secret clearance. Discovery and design work happens with users inside a controlled government environment and requires CAC eligibility from the start. This is a current-clearance requirement, not a sponsorship opportunity
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites, DEFCON AI HQ, and vendor facilities as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for government users, including work inside controlled environments
  • Experience designing review-queue, triage, or high-volume workflow interfaces
  • Experience designing interfaces that present AI or model output, including explainability, confidence, and human review patterns
  • Experience with government accessibility review and remediation
  • Experience running design work on a fixed-deliverable schedule with formal customer acceptance
  • Front-end fluency (HTML, CSS, React) sufficient to work closely with engineers
  • Experience with enterprise, regulated, or technically complex products
  • Experience contributing to or evolving a design system

What Success Looks Like

  • Workflow maps and an interactive prototype accepted by the customer on schedule, early in the program
  • Users who recognize their own work in the design, because it came from watching them do it
  • An interface that holds up under a full workload, not only in a demo
  • Model output presented so users can tell when to trust it and when to push back
  • Work that ships with minimal rework
  • Design capacity that no longer depends on any one person

What We Offer:

  • A fully remote, results-based environment
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and equity package
  • 100% employer paid, comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family
  • Unlimited PTO, with your manager’s approval
  • Flexible work environment where you manage your work day
  • 14 weeks of fully-paid parental leave

Salary Range: $180,000-$215,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.

Our Red Cell Partners Benefits:

We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to own client work from concept through final delivery. This is not a role where you execute someone else's brief. You'll understand the business strategy behind each project, identify the user experience problems our client's customers have been stuck on, and use design to solve them.

You'll work directly with our leadership, our client's leadership, our design leads and you'll direct specialists in motion, and illustration on your projects.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years designing digital products (ideally with an agency)
  • Strong fundamentals:
    • Excellence in communication (can communicate with a team and various stakeholders)
    • Excellence in aesthetic (UI/Visual design)
    • Excellence in craft (Figma Hygiene, design principles and delight)
    • Excellence in strategy (Can interpret vague requirements and clarify them + can drive product change through compelling concepts, prototypes and mockups)
  • Expert-level Figma. Comfort with prototyping (AI or traditional tools) and motion is a strong plus
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and delegate work to a teammate (production designer)
  • Confident communicator who can present and defend work directly to senior clients and founders. Our clients are opinionated and educated about design, it's not your typical agency! You will need to defend great design less vigorously but it will be expected more often.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move fast without dropping quality
  • Self-driven and organized enough to run your own project workflows without being managed

Responsibilities

  • Produce design work at a consistently high quality tier, with meticulous attention to craft, precision, and completeness.
  • Define the design challenge at a strategic level, connecting solutions to client goals, strategy, and business vision. Identify the historical positioning problems behind each brief and design with those in mind
  • Build and maintain style kits that give the team and collaborators a clear, consistent visual language
  • Brief and coordinate specialists: translate client requirements into actionable direction for production designers, illustrators, motion designers, 3d artists and give feedback that keeps output aligned with the creative vision
  • Communicate proactively with clients: estimate effort and timelines accurately, respond to Slack within one business hour during working hours.
  • Own projects end to end, from brief through final delivery
  • Maintain asset hygiene: files clean, structured, and aligned with team fundamentals
  • Manage project operations in Notion, keeping planning pages, task boards, and meeting notes current without being prompted
  • Prioritize effectively, focusing on the right tasks in the right order at the right time

Meaningful work: Partner directly with founders and executives at companies building serious products. Your designs ship to real users and move real businesses. Our clients come back after they exit. We develop deep relationship with them which means we're able to see the impact of our work overtime (unheard of in a traditional agency).

Exceptional team: Work alongside designers who are generous collaborators, not competitors. Everyone here is deeply skilled and genuinely invested in lifting the team up.

Remote: We're distributed (mostly across Canada) and flexible about where you work, as long as you cover PT and ET hours with stellar internet.

Offsites: We meet in person at least 2 times per year! These are good moments to get the team together, celebrate our accomplishments and align on a unified vision. Past locations: Montreal, Toronto, Barcelona, Greece, Miami,  Mont-Tremblant,  Tulum

Growth investment: We cover courses, workshops, and other learning you want to pursue. Just bring it to your manager. We also run weekly elevate sessions where the team sharpens design and thinking skills together.

JOB TITLE: Senior Product Designer II

LOCATION: Remote, US only

THE ROLE

You know how to read a funnel, identify where an experience is failing, and fix it with the same craft and precision you’d bring to anything else. You bring a clear point of view to ambiguous work, hold craft standards even when things move fast, and design toward outcomes you can actually measure. You’ll work closely with our Principal Designer on Growth across the full scope of how Splice acquires, activates, and retains creators.

When you join Splice, you join a network of colleagues, peers, and collaborators. Are you ready?

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Execute high-quality design across the full growth scope. Onboarding, subscription and paywall experiences, referral programs, core site, and lifecycle moments. You carry the craft standard across all of it, from early concept through shipped product.
  • Partner with our Principal Designer on Growth to shape what gets built. You bring a point of view early, share it clearly, and then hold it loosely enough to change your mind when the work proves you wrong. You contribute to product decisions, not just execute them. You push back if briefs are too vague and distill fuzzy input into clear design questions.
  • Drive experimentation with rigor. You identify where experience and data signal a real problem, frame a hypothesis, design the variants, and interpret results to inform what comes next. You know what a good experiment looks like and what makes a bad one — including when they’re scoped too small to tell you anything, aimed at the wrong lever, or when the result is actually pointing you at the real problem elsewhere entirely.
  • Ship work that moves metrics. Success is concrete: more creators completing onboarding, stronger conversion through the subscription experience, lifecycle moments that bring people back. You’ll see the numbers and know which ones you moved.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, PMs, engineers, and data scientists. You build working relationships that make fast, high-quality shipping possible. You communicate trade-offs clearly and keep things moving without waiting on a handoff.
  • Contribute to the design system. You build in a way that scales, flag inconsistencies when you see them, and contribute components when you identify gaps.
  • Use AI-native tools as a standard part of your practice. Cursor, Claude, and similar tools belong in your daily workflow — for rapid prototyping, exploring directions, and accelerating execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time in a growth, conversion, or retention context. You’ve shipped real work that produced real outcomes.
  • Your portfolio shows a refined eye and a high standard of execution. Work that doesn’t demonstrate this clearly won’t move forward.
  • You are already using AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude, or equivalent) as a standard part of your workflow. This is a baseline expectation, not a bonus.
  • Experimentation fluency. You understand A/B testing, how to design for it, and how to read results without over-indexing on noise.
  • Funnel thinking. You can map a conversion funnel, identify where experience quality and business outcomes diverge, and design toward a specific outcome without losing sight of the user.
  • Metric fluency. You know which metrics matter for growth, how to interpret them in context, and how to set up a design decision so it can actually be measured.
  • You work fluidly within established design systems and contribute back to them.
  • You partner naturally with PMs and engineers. You influence product direction through your work and your thinking, not just your pixels.
  • You can present work clearly at every stage, from rough concept to leadership review, and articulate the reasoning behind a design decision without a lengthy preamble.

NICE TO HAVES

  • A genuine connection to music and creator culture. You understand what it means to be mid-session, chasing a sound, making something.
  • Front-end fluency (HTML/CSS/React). You can read and write code when it helps you move faster or communicate more precisely.
  • Experience with subscription or marketplace business models.

SPLICE BENEFITS:

  • Compensation & Equity: Competitive pay with annual reviews and equity opportunities.
  • Time Off: Unlimited PTO to recharge and thrive.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and company match.
  • Parental Support: 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for non-birthing parents, and 18-20 weeks for birthing parents.
  • Flexible Work Options: Work remotely or connect at our office hubs and creative spaces worldwide.
  • Professional Growth: Annual learning budget, leadership programs, and team ambassador opportunities.
  • Community & Connection: Inclusive events, team meet-ups, and vibrant Employee Resource Groups.

The national pay range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

Design Performancepixel GmbH: Art Director Performance Creatives (m/w/d)

Art Director develops data-driven creative strategies and ad concepts for social media campaigns, leads creative team, and conducts competitive research using AI tools.

Senior Posted 14 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Germany Cologne

  • Sprache: Deutsch mind. C1, Englisch mind. B2

Benefits

  • Arbeite mit einem der modernsten AI Creative Workflows der Branche (Claude, Figma, Higgsfield)
  • Arbeite mit Marken, die Creative ernst nehmen (u.a. MyMĂĽsli, Olavson, Elotrans etc.)
  • Remote-first, flexible Arbeitszeiten
  • Datengetriebenes Umfeld, jede kreative Entscheidung wird messbar
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der GeschäftsfĂĽhrung
  • Urban Sports Mitgliedschaft
  • JobRad
  • Mehrere Workations pro Jahr
  • Regelmäßige Team Events
  • Gestaltungsspielraum: Du formst die kreative Ausrichtung der Agentur mit

Unser Prozess:

  1. Bewerbung einreichen (CV + Portfolio/Case Studies)
  2. Kennenlerngespräch mit Gerrit (GF)
  3. Strategy Case (bezahlt)
  4. Finales Gespräch + Rahmenbedingungen

Zusätzliche Infos:

  • Arbeitsplatz: Remote oder Hybrid (Deutschland)
